ITALIAN ROASTED
One half chicken oven roasted in Italian spices and potatoes
FRIED
One half chicken dipped in egg-wash then in a seasoned flour and deep fried
PICATTA
A boneless skinless chicken breast dredged in a seasoned flour then sautéed with lemon and white wine
MARSALA
A boneless skinless chicken breast dredged in a seasoned flour then sautéed with mushrooms & marsala wine
PARMIGIANO
A hand breaded chicken breast deep fried to order then topped with tomato sauce and mozzarella cheese and baked
FLORENTINE
Boneless breast of chicken sautéed with a garlic, cheese and spinach mixture then wrapped in a pastry shell and baked. Topped with a parmesan cream sauce
BAKED STUFFED SHRIMP
Large gulf shrimp topped with a crabmeat mixture and mozzarella cheese, oven baked and served with a side of drawn butter
FRIED SHRIMP
Large gulf shrimp dipped in lemon and milk then dredged in a seasoned flour and deep fried served with a side of cocktail sauce
LAKE PERCH
Lake perch prepared two different styles, deep fried golden brown or dipped in a seasoned flour and butter then baked
SALMON or WALLEYED PIKE
An 8oz Salmon Filet or Walleyed Pike Filet cooked to your liking, either Broiled, Blackened, Vesuvio or Fried
All above entrees served with soup or salad and choice of potato or pasta. A small Caesar Salad is available for $3.25 additional (Roast Chicken comes with oven roasted potatoes)
